We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • If there is any mismatch between the ordered and shipped product.
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is returned safely.
  4. Exchange: If you are requesting an exchange, we will process your replacement once we receive the original item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item).
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
